Support the Effective Teaching and Leading Act
Senator Jack Reed (D-RI) has introduced the "Effective Teaching and Leading Act." This bill will improve professional development policies for teachers and school leaders and is aligned with ASCD's legislative priorities to support systemic approaches to the career development of educators. ASCD worked with the Senator's office in crafting its language and will continue to work with members of the Senate to build support for its passage. Now, we need your help to spread the word!
