Missouri Senate Bill 105 has passed in the Senate and is now on the House calendar. It can come up for a vote at anytime before the legislature adjourns on May 16.

SB 105 would prohibit the sale in Missouri of five invasive plant species: Callery pear (Pyrus calleryana), sericea lespedeza (Lespedeza cuneata), wintercreeper (Euonymous fortunei var. Coloratus), Japanese honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica), and perilla mint/beefsteak plant (Perilla fructescens).
