We Need Your Help Opposing Imminent New Requirements That Will Block Affordable Personal Medication Importation

This policy will prevent Americans from ordering lower-cost prescription medications from pharmacies outside of the U.S. We ask your help to help fight this damaging new rule that has the potential to negatively affect the health of millions of Americans.

This new surprise rule is in CBP's Indefinite Suspension of the De Minimis Exemption for Mail Shipments and New Postal Informal Entry Process rule. It will block Americans' ability to get needed personal-use prescription medications imported from licensed Canadian pharmacies.
