Urge Congress: Support Patients and Providers by Reforming Medicare Physician Reimbursement

Last fall, CMS issued final rules that have resulted in a damaging 2.8% cut to Medicare physician reimbursement for CY 2025.

For two decades, physicians have faced unsustainable reimbursement cuts, which are only exacerbated by rising medical practice expenses. This is the fifth year in a row that the conversion factor was cut – translating to a more than 10% decrease since 2020.
