ACTION NEEDED IN COLORADO: The Colorado Rail Safety Act is up for a floor vote. Ask your legislator, the Majority Leader and the Speaker of the House to support rail safety with a YES vote on HB24-1030. The Colorado Rail Safety Act would limit train lengths to 8,500 feet, sets placement of trackside detectors and prohibit carriers from blocking rail crossings for longer than 10 minutes.
